SHORT BUSINESS DESCRIPTION
PRODUCT

The final product in the implementation of the project will be ready-made houses of self-supporting wooden-straw frames with a level of readiness "for finishing".

Wooden-straw self-supporting frames consist of:

- wooden frame made of dried pine wood, humidity - 11%, uncoated wood.

- pressed straw, density 120-150 kg / m3, straw moisture - 12%;

- clay plaster with the addition of lime.

“SSWSF” are products with a double frame, filled with pressed straw at a moisture level up to 12%. The degree of compression of straw in the finished structure is 10-120 kg/m3, a multi-directional structure of the straw is maintained, which provides a better thermal resistance of the straw panel. Excess of straw is cut off. The construction is covered with a metal mesh and is plastered with a clay-limy mixture. A special advantage of such “SSWSF” is the speed of their installation on the construction site. Depending on the level of preparation, four people can mount about 100 m2 of the wall area in 1-2 days. Thanks to a special design, the panels can be connected without using any special mechanisms or tools, just with a screwdriver. Shields are not particularly heavy: 20 - 200 kg, so they can be lifted by hand or with small lifts, so there is no need for powerful cranes and heavy equipment. When installing the “SSWSF” it is possible to completely avoid the formation of cold bridges, because when connecting the panels their straw sides are pressed against each other, reaching a special tightness of the structure. “SSWSF” used in 1-2 floor construction. The ”SSWSF” is a bearing structure of a building. These frames meet all the requirements of stability, compression, flammability and durability.

Service life of the house: minimum 40 years - maximum 140

COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE OF THE PRODUCT

1. Cheapness:

The cheapness of building a house is the advantage of a straw house, it is formed by the materials used: straw, clay, lime. Straw panels are fairly lightweight material and do not require a heavy foundation. Walls of blocks are raised quickly, without special equipment and specialists. It does not require a solution that holds the blocks together.

2. Speed of construction:

Installation of the walls of the house 100-150 m2 takes 3-4 days. Construction of such a house on a turn-key basis - 2-3 months.

3. Thermal insulation.

The average energy consumption of a straw house usually does not exceed 35-40 kWh / m2 per year. The thermal conductivity of such a house is 7-10 times less than that of a brick house, and 4-6 times that of a wooden house. The 40 cm thick straw panels by thermal conductivity are equal to 1.6 m walls made of wood and 2.8 m walls made of bricks. The walls do not have "Cold bridges"

4. Reliability and durability.

The service life of thatched houses according to the experience of the United States is up to 100-140 years. The basic conditions of durability - a reliable reinforced concrete foundation, and a roof - protecting the walls from moisture.

Straw panels have a noise absorption coefficient of 0.9 (with a maximum value of 1)

6. Fire safety.

Paradox, but the fact is - houses made of straw panels are the most fireproof among modern technologies for building private houses. A well-pressed building block is only charred, but does not burn. The plastered straw wall after official testing in the USA is classified as the ultimate fire resistance class F119 (a metal truss, for example, belongs to class F15, i.e. loses its load capacity 15 minutes after exposure to open fire). Coating with clay plaster increases fire safety. Clay is an excellent fire retardant and when a fire occurs its burning, pressed straw is enclosed in a clay panzer without access to oxygen. The wooden frame inside the wall also cannot lose its load-bearing properties (like metal fittings for example), because the wood does not soften when heated, and moreover, the straw insulation and the absence of oxygen prevent the tree from heating up or catch fire. Even in case of fire clay, straw, wood do not emit harmful chemicals. For comparison: in case of a fire in the house with the use of expanded polystyrene or plastics - two inhalations of poisoning smog, it is enough for a person to lose consciousness.

7. Ecological compatibility.

The main materials in the construction of such houses - straw, wood, clay and lime - are natural raw materials, which our ancestors used at all times. These materials carry all the power of nature and form a unique microclimate in the house.

8. Positive effect on the body.

Until recently, our ancestors, when they felt discomfort in the body, went to sleep on straw. It turns out that the "straw walls" also have recreational, bio positive properties. Staying in a straw house improves the work of the respiratory tract and calms the nervous system, restores strength, positively affects the human bio field.

DISADVANTAGES OF THE HOSE OF THE STRAW BLOCKS

There are few of them - these are rodents, and if the moisture content of straw exceeds 18-20%, then rot and mold may appear.
